Studio Policy

1. No Children or Guests

For safety reasons, we kindly ask that you do not bring children or accompanying persons to your appointment. No exceptions will be made. This policy is in place to ensure the safety and comfort of both our clients and staff.

2. Late Arrivals

We allow a 15-minute grace period for late arrivals. If you are more than 15 minutes late, we reserve the right to shorten your appointment or refuse the service entirely. In such cases, the full treatment price will still apply.

3. Appointment Cancellations

Appointments must be canceled or rescheduled at least 48 hours in advance. If canceled later, the booking system may automatically charge you, or you will be required to pay 100% of the missed service when booking your next appointment.

4. Deposits

Deposits are non-refundable in cash. If the appointment is canceled on time, we can issue a personalized voucher for the deposit amount. If the cancellation is too late, the deposit will be forfeited.

5. Communication

Please send a message via SMS or WhatsApp. We often cannot answer phone calls due to working hours or days off. If you message us, we will respond as soon as possible when we’re available.

6. Reminders and Responsibility

Please save your appointment details in your personal calendar. You will receive a reminder SMS 24 hours before your visit. We do not accept excuses such as “I didn’t receive the message.” We are not responsible for issues with the reminder system or your phone, and we will not investigate technical failures.

7. Vouchers

Vouchers are personalized and valid for 6 months from the date of purchase. No extensions will be granted, so please plan accordingly.

All vouchers are issued in the name of the recipient and cannot be transferred to another person.
