1. Please come to your appointment without children or accompanying individuals. (We do not make exceptions).

2. To schedule an appointment, please send a MESSAGE to the following phone numbers: 07926544535 (Sara - treatments), 07851573908 (Ola - nails), or via the YA Studio Glasgow messenger or instagram. We often don’t answer calls as we may be busy or off duty.

3. For appointments without a deposit, if a client doesn’t cancel or reschedule with at least 24 hours’ notice, they will be required to pay 100% of the cost of the missed treatment (this also applies to rescheduling).

4. Clients who do not show up for their appointment without informing us will be required to pay 100% of the cost of the missed treatment when booking their next appointment.

5. We accept delays of up to 15 minutes. We understand that situations may arise, but if the delay is longer, we may refuse to perform the treatment or shorten its duration, and the cost will remain 100% of the agreed price.

6. Please plan your appointment carefully. If you book 3 treatments but later decide you only have time for 1, please inform us at least 48 hours in advance. This helps avoid wasting our time.

7. Vouchers purchased in the salon are valid for 6 months from the date of purchase. We do not extend voucher expiration dates! Vouchers are non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash or given to another person, including the person who purchased the voucher. If a customer cancels within less than 24 hours of the appointment, the voucher will be forfeited.
